Michael Avanatti Found Guilty in Stealing Book Advance From Stormy Daniels

Last month, disgraced attorney Michael Avanatti was found guilty of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft earlier this week. At issue was whether Avanetti sent a bogus letter to trick Stormy Daniels’ literary agent into sending Avanatti almost $300,000 in payments from her publisher that were meant for Daniels. Avanatti plans on appealing the verdict.
